What Is It?

The J.J. Nichting Company Student Technician Sponsorship program is available to students wanting to pursue an Associate's degree in Diesel Technology and ultimately a career in the agriculture service field. This program provides training and work experience through classroom study and on the job work study. The program allows for paid work study during scheduled school sessions and summer breaks.
