      • This breakout is designed to equip operators with the essential skills and knowledge to maintain their Mid-Range Combine throughout the harvesting season. Participants will learn about pre-season walk-arounds, key maintenance tasks, and fluid capacities to ensure the combine operates at peak efficiency. The course will also cover best practices for keeping the combine in top working condition during harvest, minimizing downtime, and extending the life of the equipment. By the end of this course, operators will be fully prepared to perform regular maintenance, identify potential issues early, and optimize combine performance throughout the season.
  • Mid-Range Productivity

      • This breakout is designed to provide operators with a comprehensive understanding of their Mid-Range Combine’s in-cab controls, necessary calibrations, and how to use Automatic Crop Settings for optimal performance. Participants will learn how to navigate and operate in-cab controls efficiently, perform essential calibrations, and adjust settings for various crop conditions to maximize productivity. The course will cover everything from basic operations to advanced features like automatic crop settings, helping operators adjust their combine for the best possible results throughout the harvest season. By the end of the course, operators will be confident in adjusting their combine for peak efficiency, minimizing grain loss, and ensuring optimal performance.

Participants will learn how to navigate and use in-cab controls, perform necessary calibrations, and master the correct process to reverse (de-slug) the rotor. The course will also cover how to utilize Automatic Crop Settings to adjust the combine for various field conditions, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. By the end of this course, operators will be equipped to get the best performance from their Flagship Combine, from initial setup and calibration to handling challenging field conditions and troubleshooting issues during the harvest.
